Grandma is better today with being alert. They had to put the cath back in and put an i.v. back in for meds. Still a lot of pain and not able to put weight on the broken leg. No idea when she will be released yet to go back to the nursing home.
Grandma had a better day on Sunday. She took a few very small steps. I am getting ready to head back to the hospital to be with her and mom. I received a call from mom earlier and she told me they had checked her blood pressure and it was high 190/? so going to be keeping an eye on that. I will post more after I get there and see how things are going, Teresa
Grandma was doing better later in the day. They decided she was doing well enough to go back to the nursing home for rehab. We will keep you posted on her recovery.

Hello everyone, well moms first surgury is all healed and she is doing ok from that one. However even though her second one seems to be healing ok, she won't eat hardly anything at all and so far they haven't been able to get her to get up and walk. I am afraid if she doesn't soon she is gonna be in trouble. She says it is to painful, but like I told her, it maybe, but is gonna be much worse if she doesn't get to doing her therapy. So I don't know. Hopefully she will soon.

Mom was doing some better today, just really tired. She is back at the nursing home now, and sure glad to be out of the hospital.
